Business Leads UK - a few rules of engagement

Hi...
Just spending today saying hello to those who have signed up at Business Leads UK. This is a generic communication so don’t think I am picking on you... just want to connect and lay down a few general rules for guidance.
This is a business space aimed at helping you to find business opportunities for your business.
The best way for you to do this is to add articles about stuff that others will find interesting. Don’t just post something that says 25% OFF, it means nothing and will beget the same!!
People deal with people they know, like and trust (cheers Dave) and in order for people to get to know you they need information. Don’t leave your profile blank, go add a few sentences to start the process.
Profiles left blank for more than say 10 days will be deleted...
This website is not about numbers in the group, it’s about those in the group engaging with the others... that doesn’t mean knocking on doors saying "be my friend" when you don’t know each other... leave that to better known communities.
There is no time for ego in this space... people can post articles and others should respond in a constructive way... either positively or negatively... don’t take it personally... assume that everyone is here to help... if they are not then I’ll kick them out with no ceremony!!
My vision is that this website becomes known for quality... the information that is posted is 250+ word articles and not 140 character Tweets... people post articles that create a conversation, not just simply, look at me aren’t I just amazing darling...
You are expected to comment on others posts... no point in just loitering with intent... you need to have an opinion to hang around here...
On the 15th I’ll be hovering up all the “dead” accounts ... those that have not added a reasonable profile or other content ... then on the 20th October we’ll turn on the video chat and step things up a gear...
We already have 72 logged on to the space but only 6 have posted a blog... go add a blog that will get people asking you questions... we’ve only been pre-open for a week so 72 is jolly good for registrations and I understand how busy people are ... how the day’s run out ... but please, pop in soon and add a few words...
Let’s make this space ROCK!
Let it be the magnet for all those full of positive energy and willing to contribute and help others with ideas that can make their businesses fly in these difficult times.
